Capacity development is a process through which groups,
institutions and individuals attempt to increase their ability to understand,
communicate and deal with development needs within a community in a
broad context and in a sustainable manner. It is also a process of personal,
organizational and societal change that reflects local issues, visions
and commitment.
DPRA Canada's international projects have always been driven by the
goal of developing institutional capacity. Our capacity development
