Supporting First Nations Development

DPRA Canada's goal is to support First Nations and Aboriginal organizations as they strengthen their communities and organization. Our approach is to respect community needs and values, be creative, and consider the long-term. For example:

• We support and respond to a community's vision, values and needs when we design our projects - we work collaboratively.
• We try to make training part of every project so that knowledge stays in the community, work continues, and communities and organizations get stronger in the long term.
• We develop creative ways to involve community members in community projects.
